Our fully-equipped cabinetry shop specializes in cabinetry and furniture with formaldehyde-free case construction, sustainable woods, and low VOC finishes. |

PhilosophyOur facility, which includes a full-service woodworking shop, is located on the Isthmus. We provide our 18 loyal employees living wages and benefits, and most live within 2 miles of work. We also employ local subcontractors, and source many materials from locally-owned businesses. When possible, we purchase sustainable materials produced within the area. This concentrated effort to contribute directly to the local economy benefits our customers, our employees, and our community. |

HistoryAfter several years as a carpenter's apprentice, both here and abroad, Sam Breidenbach formed TDS Construction in 1985 to concentrate on restoration of pre-WWII homes. Custom cabinetry and architectural millwork was essential for these jobs, so TDS soon set up a complete woodworking shop. TDS has received several NARI Contractor of the Year awards, Chrysalis and Historic Preservation Awards, and is recognized for its leadership in green building techniques. |
