  • Business is located in Dane County, WI (includes counties contiguous to Dane County: Columbia, Dodge, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Rock, Sauk)
  • Business is at least 51% locally owned
  • Business has local ability to make purchasing decisions - (not dictated from outside of Dane County)
